LionRock Financial has an exclusive, in-house lead generation system (warm leads, inbound only phone calls) allowing our life insurance sales agents to average 8-10 closed policies per week in an industry where field agents typically average only 8-10 closed policies per month.

Our sales process has been refined and tested over years of performance and thousands of calls, generating millions of dollars in revenue and commissions. The focus of every new agent recruit is to master the sales process so they can maximize every opportunity. This is a Consultative Sales process designed to position the agent as a Financial Advisor. The process is designed for a one-call close and little follow-up is required.

Our agents are tripling and quadrupling the performance stats of average life insurance agents in the field who are making cold calls and running in-home appointments. Our refined sales process, in-house lead generation system, in-depth training program, and ongoing support make it possible to meet or exceed agency performance targets consistently.
